When you say unfollow everyone then start the unfollow/follow process.. do you mean unfollow all 2k now? at once?

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows if you can get suspended just like twitter for mass following and unfollowing people? i currently have 10k followers and is following 5k ppl and im unfollowing 200 and following 200 daily to get followers. Does anyone know if this can get me banned?
