they are similar to the green dot, vanilla, simon cards etc. the new one i found requires $20 min balance..... so they wouuldnt be the cheapest to buy etc. but after u used it could go spend the $19 left on whatever u want, could probably attatch it to paypal and send the 19 etc idk

I used the vps before, was awesome. now i cant make a damn new one. no matter what i try, everytime, right after it says enter phone number, I click call/text. then it immediately tells me i couldnt be verified and that i need to call support to get it verified....
