I do $10,000+ a month in business with paypal and the only problem I had was the limitation thing which is standard. Happened one single time. They are abrasive for sure, limiting you and locking the money until you provide certain documents, etc.

paypal isn't necessarily being unfair here - afterall its a fake account. If you are real and your business is legitimate it tends to work out nicely :) But then again this is BHW......
