there's no real way because sandbox doesn't exist - google just puts down very down the rankings, but there is no such thing as a sandbox.

thats good results in 1 day but how long will this last? google rankings move up and down, so this wont not be the case next week - 3-4 month case study would be good to know

search on freelancer - you will easily find some people there willing to take on your project

hire someone on freelancer and pay them a fixed price or per hour and create high PR backlinks - 10-20 per day is ok I think but depends how old your website is. High PR is PR3+. anything less than that I think its pointless in my experience.
