i invest to this one but still nothing yet.. should i consired this as scammer? i file a dispute in paypal but according to to them its a digital product so can't file a dispute it's there rule.. and ask a refund to this guy and he said he will think of it because of i file a dispute... until...

yes he is i post that he post a comment on some post last june 19 but he didn't post any reply on my pm's.

guy's can you tell what will i do to this guy.. i take a joint venture to him and pay $200 and he take it after that its hard to reach him until i file a dispute in paypal then paypal send me a email that i can't file a dispute because of digital file or something but i still pm here almost...
