Hi, tappu, these steps are really useful and already done. We have a site which is live only for about two months and it already has some good positions in Google. However, as our site has A LOT of pages, I would like them all to be indexed quickly. We add new pages every day.

Thanks for the answer. However, my site is on custom CMS so wordpress option is out. :) I heard some negative feedback about pinging - some people say that it's not worth it. On the other hand, there are a lot of free tools to use, I think I will try it as it won't hurt to do it, so thank you...
