Try different cards. If your account gets disable after you add a card, just make an appeal and it will normally back in few days.

Now I'm facing the issue that the old proxy IPv4 that used on profiles does not work with Incogniton anymore. It keeps showing; The proxy was fine, I checked and it's live. This problem does not happen to IPv6 proxy.

Log out and log in again, try to migrate again, and awesome. Everything is back and working smoothly now.
