What do you mean? Just remove the offending image(s) and pay the fine.

Try setting up the times so that they are only running at different times. For example don't have all 5 running from like 12pm-6pm split them up and that should help.

Yea I wouldn't recommend faking it, it can be really easy to tell apart a botted account from a real one and the business would realize soon enough that none of the followers were engaging or interested in their business.
