I have done a lot of research on this. Unfortunately, the answer is no. Every virtual mail box websites I checked require the info you mentioned.

I have the same for a long time too. I would have dumped Firefox a long time ago if not for the addons. It is getting to the point now that I have to shut down Firefox several times a day just to free up memory so I can open other programs.
