10 days later and no news from them, contacted them that i wanted to change my url and keywords and they dont even bother replying to my emails ! Are you going to reply to my emails ? and let me know were we are at ? Customer care = zero

Its a nightmare every link is pretty much a 504 website is offline, this a major site and it needs a reliable host, the sooner they get onto their host and or change the better.
