I use Index Autopilot .. they do a nice job. All the good ones are fairly expensive, but ya gotta do what you gotta do! Google has to know about the links or they don't count!

I use them all, but I like SEM Rush (even though it costs more) because I seem to get better groupings of keywords that I can use to build out the different areas of a PPC campaign.
