Solid advice, but I would say the majority struggles with the first part. You know, the initial $ 2 mil. Having a blueprint to make those $ 2mil would be way more valuable. :)
Those you listed are all good. I prefer Blocksy and Stackable combo. Using PostX for magazine websites. I might go for Bricks for a very specific website, but this takes more time than Blocksy for example. Page speeds on all the websites I create are 90+ and pass core web vitals.
It is not about age, but more about the backlinks. You can assume an aged domain has a decent backlink profile it built over the time, but if an aged domain hasn't built any backlinks over time, then it won't rank any better than a new domain without any backlinks.
