eBay is still profitable but margin is not as high as retail. Some brands sell better on eBay. Nowadays, it's not worth selling on eBay anymore without getting into price wars in addition to the ridiculous Paypal and eBay fees. I was a powerseller back in 2008 and never looked back.

They have been selling fine here in the US. Most major tobacco websites carry them as well. Also I'm selling these brand new in box straight from factory. I'll send you some info in PM.
