Since im nub to these types of things, do you need your own list of emails for the blaster to work?

Meh... I used hydroxycut, there's much better stuff available now anyways, i had better results from Stimerex ES. From what i hear, the recent formula of hydroxycut isn't all that effective anyways? -BTW, also a frequent supp. user and gym rat.
