    Is auto-mated linkbuilding illegal?

#3 is legal IF you follow some rules. I believe you just need to provide valid contact information and a working unsubscribe link. #4 is legal if your assumption of "non-copyrighted" is correct. (Almost EVERYTHING is copyrighted, even if it's distributed under a very generous license.) If not...

    Adsense For Youtube Need Help

I have one account where I just uploaded 4 videos and forgot about it for a few months. The videos only got 10-50 views in that time, but they still offered monetization. I don't know if it's just because I didn't get any strikes in that time or because I also have other accounts with...

    17-year-old wins 100k for creating cancer-killing nanoparticle

Unless she filed a patent application before submitting to the contest, she probably can't get a patent now (nor can anyone else). You can't patent something that was already publicized.

    When to start building links

If you follow the same pattern as the typical growing site, it shouldn't raise any automatic flags. When a site grows organically, a graph of the new backlinks each day looks like a series of spikes that each trail off after a few days (each spike representing deep links to a different...

Killing off a celebrity for BH purposes

Not a bad idea. Whether you get sued or not probably depends on how you phrase it. You could follow the template of the real news by using lots of weasel words: "It seems X may have passed away suddenly..." "A source close to the victim, who wishes to remain anonymous..." "We are still trying...

    "mysite.com" gets me 11,000 results in google.com

Do you have a "gently used" domain? I have purchased a few previously parked domains that already come with hundreds/thousands of mentions on "domains about to expire" sites and so on. I don't think it affects anything in the long run.
