Yeah, or use a mobile internet connection + tethering, right? I worked with this, but it's not scalable. Imagine changing (or as you call it "sweeping IPs") when you are managing more than 100+ accounts. Imagine opining these accounts one at a time ... My media buyers would burry me alive :D...

You don't use the same domain, you change it to a different one. Domains are cheap, buy the cheapest one from godaddy and you are good to go.

ISP proxies do not work. They are very often seen as datacenter proxies by different websites + their whole subnets get blacklisted very fast. I recommend mobile or rotating residential. Try https://nodemaven.com - they worked really well. They have some technology to check IPs in blacklists...
