I post every other day or when I have a campaign. Typically post to a group every three minutes, after 25 groups I wait 10 minutes, then start over. Up to 100 groups now. Make sure you add groups over a few weeks otherwise you will end up in Facebook jail!!

I have been using NinJaBlaster - works a treat. I am slowly building up groups, up to 60 at the moment with a goal of 4000 in mind. My reach on 40 groups is about 1 million people. Slowly starting to see likes and responses to my ads which is positive.
