Hello I am in a similar situation. I had a channel that did 1-3k monthly get demonitized for "reused content" even though it was original. Although my YouTube channel and revenue is mostly from shorts. I still get 250k views each day

To increase your hours, do longer livestreams and upload it to youtube, this has worked for other channels.

I wouldn't recommend just posting the same shorts to long form as you will get flagged for reused content. What I have done is compiled multiple shorts together in one long form video and it is good to go

I have also used social blade to complete multiple transactions. The country itself can't be filtered, but you can switch the country in channel settings once you have it and slowly change the audience base.
