I'm myself reseller of them for final customer, do you think my customers will accept if I tell "My provider don't want to refund so accept the fact you didn't received anything and paid for" ? No, even if they are reseller they have to assure the delivery or refund, and pick better providers

I invite you to read the reviews about herosms and sms-activate on trustpilot to see many people got scammed. I lost all my balance and they lie telling they warned people by email: Nobody received a single email and no warning on their website, I used it daily

This is how justanotherpanel handle ticket support : A month for a 0.18$ order and they don't answer at all. More of that, sometime they answer like "Are you really crying for such a cheap order? People here spend 1000$ per day so stop, we will not refund you and waste time for 0.18$"
