Hey guys i have an old instagram account recently i connected it to new facebook account but facebook account disabled and i can't disconnect from instagram now the instagram account linked to the disabled facebook can i disconnect it? if not is it safe to use the instagram account ? Thank you

they just send 1 Email to reset the password but the other email with security code no this happened only with yahoo mail
