But if I want to add bank account to PayPal, the name has to be the same on both accounts right? If it was just a VCC, same addresses would be enough.

What kind of verification Payoneer requires? Also... will payoneer work if there's different name on paypal and different on payoneer? I know that in the past i could add Movo vcc that has different name, only address had to be the same but you can change address on PayPal even when it's limited...
