Actually this is not normal but Google limiting nearly all Admob accounts from Jun 2020 without any reason. So your accounts got limited and you cannot do anyting just wait.. If you want to read something about this stiuation there are a lot of thread in this and the other forums

fb ads doesnt pay for my country. Other ones are not good as admob and pays too late (unity pays 60 days after and 100 $ threshold). Then the only way is waiting unfortunately :(
