I have to agree with this. I initially had some difficulty getting in touch with Luke, but once I did, he responded quickly and still does. I can contact him very easily via email or skype and he responds back within a day or so... usually with a very long video reply.

It requires a preview option as the preview is the actual url that you use. Most WP blogs don't have a preview option although there is a plugin that will add a comment preview function to wordpress.
