but etsy is not like a platform instagram or youtube. how they can guarantee organic traffic for etsy? I mean the proxies provides fake traffic and it decreases the conversation rate? My other question is how we can obtain the topsellers conversation rate?

this is ok but, there is a conversation rate for etsy and amazon brings your products for higher ranks if it sell on your keyword. so sending garbage traffic doesnt work directly. probably they have found sth else on search algorthym.

I couldnt reply you on etsy post cuz it is frozen. You told it is still works for etsy proxy method. but etsy says garbage traffic decrease the conversation rate. so what way you say it works?
