Those are the only 2 that are available, socpanel is pretty good, i dont see why you would need anything else. Its literally free to start. What are you trying to do?

Why would you want to change the panel dashboard pages? That would cost you $$$$, you would need to hire a front end developer and a back end developer as well not cheap at all. for 100 order a month. Get a good looking panel , grow it to $10k per month then start looking for a web dev that help...
