I would say 22k is alot, I would start putting adsense on your page considering they have some of the better pay rates.

ebay shouldn't effect your paypal account, but if you owe fee's then paypal can get involved (Assuming you either have a Paypal account hooked up to your account to pay off ebay fees) just play it smart, and if so give them a call to see whats up.
