There is a way to get rid of the redirects from XVideos. You can build your own player that bypasses that or get the KenPlayer plugin if you can not code.

They stopped updating this theme so the importer stopped working as well as the player. I would look for other adult tube themes that are updated. You can find these on XWPThemes.com and other shops.
