Ahh, makes sense. So Amazon associates is basically like the IRS of affiliate marketing. They won't waste their time on chump change, but if they see big numbers running through your account, they'll investigate.....

Damn. Well, that pretty much blows this whole method then. I was going to shorten the links, but I guess Amazon will still catch on since the traffic wouldn't be direct. I'm not in a position to risk my associates account because I have 2 websites that actually sell amazon products ethically...
