You can try these exchanges for example: cryptonit, btc-e, bitstamp, bitfinex, kraken. They are well-established and have been in the business for a few years already.

Just my few cents. BTC and ETH are different in terms of purposes for which they can be used. BTC's core use is storing and moving of value securely and at low fees, while ETH serves a wider range of tasks - decentralized applications, escrow etc. So my opinion is that both of the technologies...

Their rates are relatively low, but they do offer a direct exe, which gives more flexibility in terms of integration/distribution.
