In my Wordpress admin, I updated the number of items in my rss feed to 100 items from the standard 10 but it still only shows 10 items. Does it take some time to update or something?

You don't want multiple categories with that permalink structure as it creates duplicate content. I wasn't asking about permalink structure at all.
