Pretty common. It's called Seasonality. If you run campaigns for long enough you'll see that it happens at certain times of year as well. Varies per industry/offer.

In my experience, anywhere that has regulation that only allows state owned casinos is more problematic than somewhere a bit more relaxed. It's not impossible, but expect to burn accounts quickly.

It's all about scale. Expect an account to last a few days once you go black. So have 5-10 warming ready to take over when one gets banned.

Interesting point about aged domains. One less signal for Google to look at = domain registered moments before Google Ad account created.
