Repurposing content is something more people should do. There's no reason to let a good post live on just one platform when it can reach different audiences elsewhere.

It's pretty normal for new campaigns to take a little while before spending. TikTok usually needs some time to enter the learning phase, and it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours before impressions start coming in. If it's still not spending after 24 hours, I'd doublecheck...

For me, it was trying to publish too much instead of improving what I'd already written. Once I started updating older posts, strengthening internal links, and focusing on topics that were already getting traction, growth became much more consistent.

I think consistency matters more than being strict. Kids will repeat mistakes, so I try to explain why something is wrong, set clear boundaries, and follow through with reasonable consequences instead of reacting out of frustration.

I'd stop competing with hundreds of applicants on job boards whenever possible. Most of my better projects have come from direct outreach, referrals, or people I've built relationships with over time.
