It could also be DNS Settings "Sticking" around after a domain drops. I've seen this a bunch of times. More than likely, if this is happening frequently, its your proxies though. As Sweetfunny said.

You would need more than JUST something like this to rank. Also, there is a tool in the BST here that does the same thing - but does only charges a one-time fee. This is certainly going to increase your relevancy score, but you still need backlinks, social signals, and all the rest to rank.

Are you getting any verifieds at all? If so, your likely just burning through the list very quickly. Unless your footprints are hardcore specific, probably 70~ ish percent of what you scrape is not going to result in a verified link. Do you have any filters enabled? That can do it to.
