Hey good people. I've been offered a deal from an apparel startup. It's the first time I've been offered anything like that. They are open to negotiating the structure. I honestly don't know what to ask for. Any advice or suggestion on where to look for advice?

I have the same question actually. Dropped engagement. I've heard disabling the account for a while has helped other people but I'm weary to try because I'm working with a personal business account that I can't risk loosing.
