First make a test video . do not put any keywords or any kind of boost . see how many of them are watching your videos . then make a facebook page and invite them and see how many are joining your page . if you have more than 10k joining your facebook page youre good to go , you can make call...

I started another new channel few days ago as well . my Cpm looks fine and monitized views is great . What does that mean ? i am still on the same niche .

Because you either do not promote your videos or no one is interested to watch your channel. its a hard work .
