Solid advice OP. I'll add 2 points that I find useful: Sleep adequately - Could be anywhere between 6-8 hours per day, depending on your day. Stay well hydrated - Drink enough water to keep you hydrated. Could be anywhere between 4-6 Liters per day.

They are an e-commerce. They're buying traffic for sure. Not using google adwords and SMM. Tried Similarweb and Ahrefs - didn't show anything I know about this method. I just want to know the traffic source of my competitor.

My competitor is getting an average of 20k unique visitors per month. I checked ahrefs and their PPC campaigns on google. But they have.. - Negligible organic traffic. - No adwords campaign. Checked their fb/insta/pinterest ads - nothing. Is there a way to find their traffic network? Maybe...

I am no expert, but I think building backlinks on both - your main website and articles would look more natural. Think of it from a visitors perspective while you build your Tier 1. Would he be more happy to visit your home page or the article directly.
