Got a message back from them, "Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience. A glitch was experienced by our hosting company. The issue has now been resolved, but we encourage you to download the latest version (9.3.2) through any of the following links and reinstall the software." Alls good now! -

FollowLiker Whitelist Problems
I had the same problem, as I was saving the .CSV in excel I had to change the file type to a different .CSV (windows comma separated, or windows MS-DOS comma separated). When I tried to upload it to FollowLiker it worked and had every user on a different line.
