Are the proxies from a server or exit nodes on people's personal computers/phones etc? As in if we see the city/organization of the proxies on maxmind will it say it belongs to an ISP or a home internet connection?

If you are in India you may give a try to InMobi, they are new, approval is fast :) ( although the earning rates are much lesser than adsense)

There isnt any great way, for monetizing mobile traffic you can look into inmobi, though last time I checked ( in late 2012) there effective cpm was .10 $ , best bet is still adsense I guess, but there are lot of hassles in keeping adsense account from being banned

Welcome to the darkside RC, there are lot of good ideas, you can even do content writing if you are good with words and have patience to read and write.

the way to go is hire someone and get bots built and maintained, facebook keeps changing stuff very frequently and the bots will have to written again

Sounds like a good deal, though judging by the number of replies already, you may have to spend lifetime writing the articles :P
