It depends what you want your articles for? Are you after seo articles or do you want to autoblog or something along those lines. There are quite a few article tools on this forum, check them out and run your own comparisons. Some of them have free trial options.

It depends upon offers and traffic sources, just use the network that pays the most for your traffic and you would be good to go. Not all networks would be good for everyone.
