You shouldn't link it to any number. For me it doesn't make any difference if the verifying phone is from another country.

I've tested the software before and I really liked it, but what has now came to my attention - does it pass webgl antifraud tests? Multiloginapp doesn't pass those.

I wasn't saying that I believe what google rep tells me. From my POV small changes in account budget didn't make any difference, although 100% increase mostly gets the account into review mode.

Any budget change gets the account into review mode, at least that's what google told me on a call.

Anyone knows a good theme for one-product shop? Can be paid, but prefer free. Most important thing - fast to setup.
