they love to ban affiliates, you have to either have a custom lander made BY the sponsor or you will be breaking the bridge page policy. You can also just collect the emails on your own or sell them on your own. They don't like to take them somewhere other than what is described.

you have to not take them to another page from your lander.....or it's a bridge page policy violation. It sucks

it's possible to do CPA offers, maybe get them to make you a custom page on a domain, or a custom page on their domain? That is all you would need.

my name is flagged when I ran my old companie's adwords account and they got it suspended soooooooooo, whenever I try to make a new one they bust me.
