Make 2 accounts on your computer, one normal account and one for working. Make sure on the work account theres no games and sites are blocked (Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) etc

Outsource your work, its the only way to get content, you're English is not good enough. There are ways to improve though so all is not lost!
