It varies with how busy they are and if they are operating at full staff. Like others have said though, can't hurt to give them a call and check on status.

Yeah, if this happens again, always consider the dollar amount you gained vs the potential legal costs. Even if this was a few thousand dollars, they're not going to shell out a bunch in legal fees to end up with a net negative.

I second Namecheap for domain. Pass on their email though...

They need to stop lowering standards. They also need to stop pushing kids through the system, which happens a lot. Better to push them through and get rid of them than to actually address failing students.
