So, I tested the proxy. The premium static ip offered shows 0 score on ipqualityscore though. But It is detected as a proxy and hosting server everywhere. I am attaching the picture of pixelscan.net . You can also use other detetors such as scamalytics everyone shows it as a hosted ip address...
