To be honest the most difficult part is under standing which things should be left alone. There are always SEO task that need doing but determining which will makes a difference requires more practice.
If only i had known earlier that SEO is all about patience and experimentation rather than looking for a magics formula. techniques that works much perfectly well for one website may fails completely on another website.
The only thing that is working out well in terms of building authority site on specific topics with first hand media content is still what is working well. google is burning text only websites which makes it hard to have any ranking when you does not have media content.
What i would do is looks at the query level data first instead of the CTR as a whole. this is because it is possible for clicks to decrease despite of higher visibility if your impressions comes from positions that are lower or from ir relevant searches.
of course in real this is the pressure! when one person feels the comparison with the blogs releasing content on a daily basis one can see how real it is. My experience showed me that the more flexible and vry relaxed schedule gives better results.
it is pretty much how most blogs starts to be honest. what happens behind closed doors when nobody may see is the silent process of gaining some traction while building up ur content library. You would get your early traffic before getting large amounts if you take note of the small details.
No plz do not worry about it. The algorithm checks every video based on its own merit no one keeps score of what you does before. When you finally get your act together and pick a popular topic who cares about the past?
In all honesty, do not attempt to go for virality with the first one aim for the first 20 videos. The most important part of it all is a killer fst second and keeping viewers engaged until the end hashtags and upload times become in significant in comparison.

I do not think i would hurry and change the name or thumbnail. Instead, i would see if the people who were watching the video have just moved on to something else in the same subject.
the engagement level is still gud, then i would make another video and connect them. That way sometimes can be...
One thing that i have becomes very concerned about recently is whether the first minute lives up to the title and thumbnail promise. Lots of creators try to increase their CTR, but the viewer will just leave fast if he feels even slightly fooled, thus reducing the potential for long term growth...
Another suggestion that I no longer follow is never delete content. I used to save every single page on the internet believing that having more indexed pages equates to having gud SEO. However, there were times when some of these pages were old and not helpful in real, thus taking up more crawl...
The one area that has becomes much simpler for me is competitor analysis and identifying content opportiunities. previously, it required considerable tym to manually analyse the search engine results pages and comparing them against each another, but nowadays the whole process becomes very much...
The first thing that i normally do is to look at the architeicture of the website, mainly to see how well key pages are linked, and if there are any issues with unneccessary depth. technical issuess often stem from structure more than anything, as google wastes tym trying to get through pages...
