No you will not be banned if you have words like free in your bio or pre-lander

You don't have to do anything special, just follow people of your targeted accounts. I won't tell you my exact settings as they are still being tweaked. You will have to test the settings for yourself

There is no secret. Mass Planner makes it easy to manage. Everything is laid out for you in OP, you just have to watch every move you make.

Yeah just follow everything laid out in OP. I use proxies for my accounts and a VPS to run mass planner on.

No problem. I have 30 running right now, but have a bunch I still need to profile. Started a little less than a month ago and have only had 3 accounts banned since I started.

This method isn't dead. Just takes some effort on your part.
