you still get them on uk definately and us too

its still random 21 day holds on business accounts dont make a difference

me too bro its so frustrating

same with me its like 50 50 some of my accounts get 21 day hold and some are sweet with the money available must be a way we are creating them

you still get the 21 day hold it just gets sped up after you add the tracking

so when your in that bad spot and have to dig deep and use your own money to pay for postage and dont have enough for tracking as its more expensive you have to wait full 21 days which is robbery

But if you sold an item and would use the funds that they paid the postage fee to pay for tracking and you cant get hold of it because of 21 day hold and dont have no money out of pocket your in a bad spot

so basically 3 days / 72 hours after item has been received by buyer you can ring paypal and they will release your money

now you have to add tracking to get the 21 day hold of faster and once you checked they received the item you ring paypal and ask for your funds to be released as they have received the item and they go check the tracking and check if its been 3 days after delivery

i make multiple stealth accounts and sell to but sometimes some uk paypals get the 21 day hold and sometimes the money is already available on other accounts its really annoying but i may have figured it out, must be the way the account is created and way you receive payment i so hope i figured...
