It really depends on your follower count and those followers' interactions with your Twitter account. The more interactions, the more you make. Simple.

You are correct. One does see larger earnings with Adsense, but the OP doesn't want to have to deal with websites or anything like that. Without dealing with websites, etc., Chacha would probably be the way to go.
