Check if your posts are indexed on google, if they are then they have the record of your signature. How are you checking if they are reporting your backlinks or not?

Historic links may still exist, just check them to verify. As for articles not ranking, noindex category and tag pages, perhaps they are eating away your post rankings.

I havent found adsense approval to be a difficult thing really, most fail because their websites are simply below standard. Get a domain name, write and publish 10 to 15 good quality articles in an appropriate niche then apply. Whats so tough?
