I've noticed an AI answer thing that outranks any of the organic answers people post in the last few months. Not sure why they'd do that considering it defeats the community/social aspect of the site.

old thread but you can just work directly with zillow and they actually will call your lead, stay on the phone with that lead while they hand them off to you, and THEN you pay. pretty sweet but it can cost major $$$$ depending on what market you're in.
